Returns/ Refunds:

Our policy lasts 3 days from arrival date. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If a customer reports a product defective/broken, she/he will be required to send pictures and make video at time of unbox of whatever defects they’re claiming is wrong with the products to the site’s support service email. After receiving pictures and videos, our customer support will forward them in a file to the Operations team where they’ll confirm if the customer’s claim is accurate. If customer is requesting a refund, and it’s been within 3 days of receipt of order, we will issue a refund. If customer is requesting a return, we will communicate with Ops team, have a return label sent to that customer, once confirmed shipped back to us, we will have another product sent out as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable items:

If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. You must return the order in original and proper packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team support@computerstores.in for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee. No pre-paid shipping label.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@computerstores.in

CANCELLATION POLICY :

You can only cancel your order within 8 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (7% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation

Refund request for your order will be honored as following :

100% Refund :

If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Bank Transfer.

97.5% Refund :

If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Payment Gateway. Payment Gateway fee will be deducted as they won’t refund their fee after the transaction is successful. Checkout their policy here.

93% Refund :

If request received after the order is dispatched.

No Refund :

If the item is delivered and you no longer need/require the item although the item is working perfectly.

We only issue a refund and allow return if the costumer case has met the conditions stated above.

If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value other than GPU/ graphics cards within 24-72 business hours after receiving the product. No Cancellation/Exchange or return allowed. No Cancellation/Exchange on Pre-Order products, gaming chairs and orders made during special offer/occasion or emergency like COVID-19 crisis. No Cancellation/Exchange allowed for Cabinets/PC Case after dispatch. No Cancellation / Exchange or return allowed in any circumstances for GPU/ graphics cards.

Note :

You must return in its original and proper packaging with company seal, for a refund.
Please check model carefully before your purchase specially in case of GPU/ graphics card. We may/will not accept your request for cancellation in case any particular feature is missing in that model. We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. You must return the Product’s in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a refund (Charges will be deducted if applicable). We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery of the order. If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just email us at the earliest at support@computerstores.in or send return request through our portal for return your order.

Note :

We will refund the amount after deducting the charges if applicable. We will refund within 3 to 5 working days from application date if it requires to refund. It can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund. For express products, images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown. We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained. In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Refund not possible in case of Bajaj Finserve EMI or any EMI on Credit Card.
